Shipping Information:

Based on your location, your items will be delivered to your hospitals Gift Shop where payment can be provided. You will receive an automatic email once your order is ready to be picked up.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

To Cancel- Please contact by email or phone with your name and order number to request a cancellation.

To Return/Exchange- Pants that are not customized, worn, and with tags are available to return/exchange. Please contact us via email and place a new order online once it has been approved to do so. Tops and jackets are unavailable to be returned/exchanged as the items have received a logo. During your checkout process there will be a box confirming acknowledgment of this.
