Pants that are not customized, worn, and with tags are available to be returned or exchanged. Please contact us to begin the process.

Embroidered garments (i.e. tops with logos) may not be returned or exchanged.

All orders are shipped to the Auxiliary Gift Shop at Saint Francis Hospital. Johnson Memorial and Mount Sinai orders will be couriered by Saint Francis at a later date based on the following schedule:

Mount Sinai Orders: Couriered Daily

Johnson Memorial Orders: Couriered every Wednesday

Any orders not picked up within 20 days of arriving at the Gift Shop will be charged to the employee's payroll.
